Who We Are
Kim Godley LEED AP is the principal of Constructive Options.
She is an inventive business generalist focusing on sustainable
green initiatives, with more than 30 years of experience across
a dozen industries in the related areas of building development,
financial analysis and change management. She has particular expertise
in commercial, industrial and residential buildings, which she
uses to significantly strengthen design/development teams in the
Washington, DC area by applying sustainable strategies to all
aspects of building projects and business processes. Kim is often
called upon for her problem-solving skills and her creative “out-of-the-box”
approaches to achieve the simplest possible solutions. She personally
manages all projects for her clients — from their initial
concept to final integration — and draws upon her extensive
network of professional colleagues for additional help when needed.
